- Reflective prompts and journaling tools

- Preparation and integration frameworks

- Harm-minimisation information related to breathwork, meditation, altered or expanded states, and psychedelic experiences

Users can also:

- Create and manage a personal wellness journal

- Upload audio, visual, or written reflective content

- Access curated educational resources

What the App is NOT

The App does not provide:

- Psychological therapy or counselling

- Mental health treatment or diagnosis

- Clinical or psychiatric assessment

- Crisis support or emergency services

- Personalised medical or psychological advice

Use of the App does not create a psychologist-client relationship, therapeutic relationship, or any regulated health service relationship.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users in Australia and globally. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must not use this App.

4. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

The App is for educational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not a replacement for:

- Registered psychologists or counsellors

- Psychiatrists or medical professionals

- Emergency or crisis services

If you are experiencing distress, mental health concerns, or any risk of harm to yourself or others, you must seek support from a qualified professional immediately.

5. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

- You use the App voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

- Reflective and mindfulness practices may evoke emotional or psychological responses.

- You will seek professional support where appropriate.

Conscious Journeys Innovations does not monitor user activity in real time and does not assume responsibility for user safety, wellbeing, or outcomes arising from use of the App.

6. Harm Minimisation Position

The App provides information within a harm-minimisation framework. Conscious Journeys Innovations:

- Does not encourage or promote illegal activity

- Does not provide instruction for unlawful substance use

- Does not endorse the use of any substances

All content is provided for general educational purposes only and must not be construed as professional advice.

Nothing within the App should be interpreted as guidance, instruction, or preparation for engaging in unlawful activities.

7. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Conscious Journeys Innovations makes no guarantees regarding:

- Emotional outcomes

- Psychological change

- Behavioural results

- Personal growth or transformation

Individual experiences will vary. Results are not guaranteed and are dependent on many factors outside our control.

8. Professional Identity Clarification

Where the creator of, or contributors to, the App hold registration as psychologists or other health professionals:

- The App is not delivered as a regulated health service.

- No services are provided under professional registration.

- The App does not operate as therapy or clinical care.

- Nothing within the App constitutes psychological treatment.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Use the App lawfully and in accordance with these Terms

- Provide accurate and truthful information where required

- Maintain the security of your account credentials and keep login details confidential

- Not misuse or attempt to interfere with the App or its operations

- Not upload harmful, unlawful, offensive, or infringing content

- Not use the App for illegal purposes of any kind

Required Acknowledgement (In-App)

Before account creation, users must confirm the following:

- I understand that Conscious Journeys is not therapy and does not replace professional care.

- I accept the Terms & Conditions and use the App at my own risk.

- I am 18 years of age or older.
